General Information
We offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Second Day, and Next Day shipping. We do not offer Sunday delivery. We cannot guarantee Monday delivery, as weather conditions sometimes prevent us from shipping over the weekend. GODIVA is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
Our daily order cutoff is at 1pm EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed as if they were placed on the following day. For instance, if you place an order with next day delivery on Monday before 1pm EST, it will arrive on Tuesday. However, if you place the same order after 1pm EST, it will arrive on the next business day, which is Wednesday.
This website currently ships to U.S. addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Next Day Priority, and include a $20.00 surcharge to the Standard Delivery fee. Please allow up to 7-business days for these shipments.
For delivery to China, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, or Turkey, please visit the respective country’s websites.
Shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-10 business days.
- 2nd Day: If you place your order before 1 PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, your order will ship the same day that it is received to arrive within 2 business days. If you place your order after 1 PM EST, your order will ship the next possible business day. NOTE: Orders placed after 1pm EST on Wednesday may ship out the following Monday for arrival on the following Wednesday.
- Next Day: If you place your order before 1 PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your order will be shipped the same day for arrival the next day. If you place your order after 1 PM EST, your order will ship the next possible business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Thursday will ship out the following Monday for arrival on Tuesday. NOTE: Due to the perishability of our product, we do not ship over the weekends for arrival on Mondays.
- Saturday Delivery: Where available, we are able to offer Saturday delivery. Orders must be received by 1PM EST on Friday in order to arrive the following Saturday.
